**About your new role**:
As a Barista at Alba's Café, you will be at the heart of our coffee shop. You will create hand-crafted beverages and provide exceptional service to all our customers. You'll need to be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards.
- Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and customer areas.
- Respond to customer inquiries and orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Stock and replenish inventory as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning tasks and setting up the space for the next day.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a barista or in a similar role.
- Passion for coffee and understanding of various brewing methods.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Barista certification or relevant training.
- Food Handling certificate
- Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of coffee bean origins and flavor profiles.
