**The Role**
- Mastering all operations, championing stock control, and orchestrating the store's rhythm
- Backing up our Store Manager, ensuring every operational and financial goals are met
- Keeping the safety torch ON, training teams with precision processes and WH&S compliance
- Collaborate with colleagues, ensuring everyone's in sync with operational shifts.

**Key requirements for this Role**:

- For **Full Time**:able to **work 38hr, **available to work at least **one weekend**:

- Be looking to build a **long-term career (2+ years)** with leadership roles available in the future

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.25 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
