An exciting opportunity exists to join the **Senior Secondary Pathways Reform Taskforce (SSPRT),**which was established in 2021 to lead a generational reform agenda in response to the 2020 _Review into Vocational and Applied Learning Pathways in Senior Secondary Schooling_. These reforms collectively support all Victorian secondary students to pursue high-quality and valued vocational pathways aligned to their strengths and interests and to finish schooling with the skills and capabilities they need for success in further education, training, work, and life.

- Business development of a digital solution to support with school and provider engagement and the change management required to implement this
- Building the knowledge, understanding and capability of the VET system (including schools, VET clusters, RTOs) on all the VDSS reforms happening across the branch.
This role will often work flexibly across the branch to support with the broader VDSS reforms.

Experience leading and managing a high functioning team is requried.
