**Your Role at Nextt**
At Nextt, our disability support workers are directly responsible for organising and implementing daily activities for our clients, including personal care, domestic assistance and community access.

We currently have a range of Disability Support Workers opportunities for disability support workers in Ballarat. We are establishing a new Supported Independent Living unit and will be supporting clients with reaching their goals. We have a range of shifts available, including morning, afternoon, sleepovers and weekends.

As a support worker, you will be tasked with supporting our clients with the following activities:

- Self-care activities
- Domestic assistance
- Community access
- Confidence-building activities

You will be an engaging individual, ready to build rapport with our participants and encourage them to partake in a range of activities designed for them to achieve their goals and live their best life.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Experience working with cognitive disorders
- Autism awareness
- Behaviour support
- Experience working with Acquired Brain Injuries
- Epilepsy management

**Your Certificates and Licences**
- NDIS workers screening check
- Working with children check
- First aid and CPR certificate
- Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent
- Australian drivers licence and your own fully insured vehicle
