3PC are container management specialists with over 1,000 employees in Australia. We specialise in loading and unloading containers in and around the Greater Sydney Region for a variety of well-known customers.

We have work RIGHT NOW for the **RIGHT PEOPLE** at major distribution facilities in Western Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity with **FULL-TIME** hours as well as the flexibility to work days and times that suit **YOUR** schedule, either day or afternoon.

**IMMEDIATE START**

Ongoing work - Monday to Friday with the opportunity to work on the weekends

Mornings: Starting 5.30 - 6 am

Afternoons: Starting 1.30pm - 2pm

**EARNINGS**

Our minimum rate is $28.80 per hour however, it’s based on a container rate system. The faster you unload the higher the rate is per hour. Additionally, depending on the number of units in the containers, if they’re mixed or difficult, these are the factors that determine how much you earn per day.

On average, employees can make between $33-38+ an hour with the potential to earn more. You are certain to make over $1000.00+ a week if you work 5 days.

**YOUR ROLE WITH US**:

- Manual handling, to be able to lift 10-25kgs receptively
- Loading and Unloading containers
- A great attitude to work hard
- Reliability and punctuality
- Current driver’s license and a vehicle to commute to and from sites
- Ability to obtain, hold and maintain a forklift license, both gas and electric counterbalance.
