**About the Role**
This is a once is a lifetime opportunity to be part of an Exceeding, NFP Community based service in Hawthorn. Located walking distance from public transport to make your commute easier You will be working alongside another Room Leader as this service prides themselves on their above ratio rooms, and the wellbeing of their team.

As a Diploma Qualified/Bachelor Qualified Co-Room Leader, you will oversee the planning and implementation of interactive, nurturing and child led learning activities that reflect the EYLF & VEYLDF to the nursery room.

As a Room Leader, you would hold a:

- **Diploma in EC/Bachelor's in Teaching (Early Childhood) or ACECQA equivalent**:

- **Current WWCC (Employee)**:

- **First Aids, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate**:

- **Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication**:

- **Current Working rights in Australia**
