**As a 2IC....**

....you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. This will include:

- Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
- Support the program compliance, ensuring a high quality service that exceeds industry standards.
- Build strong relationships with the school, including parents & the wider community.
- Play and have FUN with primary school aged children
- Opportunity to develop your Coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods.

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday:
6.30am - 9.00am (Before School Care)

3.15pm - 6.30pm (After School Care)

Plus 4 Admin Hours per week

This role attracts a split shift allowance of $17.97 per day in addition to your hourly rate.

Longer hours are available during School Holiday programs.

- You’re passionate about kids, have a positive, can do attitude and just love to have fun
- You're a strong team player and love leading a team to success.
- Keen to learn and develop your skills in this industry.
- You have outstanding communication skills, and a desire to WOW your customers.
- You may already be working towards or have completed an ACECQA recognised qualification, but if not, we have a traineeship just for you Talk to us about this.
