Currumbin RSL is a modern, vibrant venue offering exceptional service, food, beverage, and entertainment to our members and guests. We are now seeking a Gaming Compliance and Operations Supervisor to ensure the smooth, secure, and compliant operation of our gaming floor.
**About the Role**
This position is focused on compliance, customer care, and operational oversight. As Gaming Compliance and Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing CCTV footage where required to support incident management or compliance reporting.
- Overseeing all cash handling, reconciliations, and gaming-related financial transactions.
- Refilling ATMs and CRTs in line with security and venue procedures.
- Lead our Safer Gambling initiatives and facilitate self-exclusions.
- Assisting with AML/CTF compliance, including identifying, investigating, and reporting suspicious transactions in line with AUSTRAC requirements.
- Assisting members and guests with gaming machines, loyalty program queries, and minor technical issues.
- Responding to and managing customer complaints or disputes promptly and professionally.
**About You**
You will bring a professional, compliance-focused approach with:
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- A solid understanding of gaming legislation, Safer Gambling, and AML/CTF obligations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with cash handling and security procedures.
- The ability to remain calm, fair, and professional under pressure.
- Trustworthiness, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
**Experience & Qualifications**
- Minimum 2+ years’ gaming experience, with prior supervisory responsibilities.
- Current QLD RSA and RSG certifications.
- Knowledge of TAB, Keno, Bar, Reception and the Odyssey system is advantageous.
- Previous experience with ATMs, CRTs, and reconciliation processes is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of gaming compliance and regulatory obligations.
