**About the opportunity**
In this role, you will:

- Develop and deliver training programs to address employee entitlement and underpayment issues.
- Implement a clear communication strategy to keep stakeholders informed of project updates and policy changes.
- Engage with employees, managers, and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine training and communication efforts.

**About you**
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in training or communications.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, and communication strategies.
- Strong communication skills for creating clear materials and engaging stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple training sessions and communication strategies.
- Flexibility to adapt training programs based on stakeholder feedback and project needs.
