SkyCity Adelaide is looking for an experienced Financial Crime Quality Assurance and Training Manager to join the team.
**About the Opportunity**
SkyCity Adelaide is seeking a Financial Crime Quality Assurance and Training Manager to strengthen its financial crime prevention framework. You will develop and implement quality assurance measures, refine processes, and enhance reporting accuracy. In addition, you'll design and deliver training programs that build capability across the organisation, ensuring alignment with regulations and industry best practices.
Success in this role is defined by the delivery of a structured QA and training program that improves consistency, capability, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will drive a culture of collaboration, learning, and process enhancement, making SkyCity Adelaide's financial crime operations more effective and resilient.
**About You**
With at least five years of experience in financial crime operations within the gambling or financial services industry, you have a strong grasp of regulatory requirements, risk management, and assurance processes. You are skilled in analysing data, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing effective quality assurance frameworks.
A clear communicator, you translate complex insights into actionable strategies for senior management and stakeholders. You have experience leading teams, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous learning. While a bachelor's degree or professional certification (e.g. ACAMS) is preferred, your expertise in financial crime prevention, training tools, and AML/CTF trends is what truly sets you apart.
