**Mandatory Qualifications and Experience**
- Certificate III or higher in Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services (or equivalent).
- Proven experience working in the disability or mental health sectors.
- Knowledge of person-centered practices and the ability to implement them effectively.

**Desirable Qualifications and Experience**
- **First Aid and CPR certifications.**:

- **Nurses** (registered or enrolled) with relevant qualifications and experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide community access support to help clients engage with their local community and maintain independence.
- Actively motivate and inspire clients to achieve their personal goals and build confidence.
- Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with clients based on trust and empathy.
- Uphold professional boundaries to protect both clients and workers, fostering safe and ethical interactions.
- Work independently to manage client needs, tasks, and daily responsibilities.
- Deliver support in a professional, safe, and person-centered manner while addressing each client’s unique needs.
