**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and manage relationships with both new and existing clients in the insurance industry and beyond.
- Attend client events, networking and conferences to strengthen relationships and generate new business.
- Cold-call potential clients and actively seek out new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the leadership team to expand the insurance portfolio and achieve growth targets.
- Represent Kase Group at national industry events, further building the company's brand and reach.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A passionate, self-driven, and results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in business development (building and or insurance experience an advantage)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience working to KPIs and meeting key objectives
- A true hunter
