**About the Role**

Provide one on one, in-home support to a person with disability living in **Gladesville.**

You will be required to provide active, overnight support from **12am (midnight) to 6am** which will include manual handling for repositioning, personal care and bowel care.

Additional hours are available in suburbs surrounding Gladesville.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assistance with daily living (including personal care)
- Domestic assistance (support with household chores)
- Maintain and monitor person-centred plans
- Documenting and progress note keeping
- Community access and transport (with the use of your own vehicle)

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience supporting people with disability
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Confidence and experience in manual handling and providing personal care
- Australian Drivers Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Willing to complete basic household chores
- Passionate about delivering Person-Centred care

Pay: $34.40 - $42.79 per hour
