As a Case Manager (Youth Job Coach), you will undertake detailed assessments, set goals, stabilise non-vocational issues, improve vocational skills, refer to a range of services, motivate and assist the young person to find sustainable employment or re-enter education and provide post placement support.
Ongoing support, mentoring and training will be provided to all staff.
**We are looking to run a group interview session on the 5th of November at our Cannington location**
We have multiple roles across the **Perth South**region located at:
- ** 2x full time ongoing positions at Cannington**:
- ** 1x 24 hour per week part time position at Cannington**:
- ** 1 full time fixed term role at Armadale until 06/10/2026**
**Your amazing people skills will see you**:
- Coaching and mentoring on employability skills
- Finding job opportunities
- Referring customers to external support networks where necessary
- Accurately documenting customer information within Workskil Australia and Government systems
**You’ll also have**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs
- Strong administration skills and IT literacy, including data entry, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to complete a Certificate IV in Employment Services (fully funded by Workskil Australia)

**Remuneration**
A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
