**About the Role**

Evolve Movement Exercise Physiology is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our growing clinical team in the Northern Rivers.

You’ll start with a 20-hour-per-week caseload, with the opportunity to build toward full-time.

**Your Role Will Include**
- Delivering individual EP sessions for rehab, strength, and capacity building
- Running small group exercise classes (clinic and gym-based)
- Supporting clients across NDIS, Medicare, DVA, Private Patients, and Work Cover streams
- Working collaboratively within a passionate team
- Conducting assessments, writing reports, and contributing to ongoing care plans
- Liaising with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals
- Working both independently and collaboratively within a tight-knit team

**What We’re Looking For**

**Essential**:

- ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist (new grads welcome)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for rehab-focused, functional training
- Comfortable working with NDIS and chronic condition clients
- Current driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and professional indemnity insurance

**Bonus Points For**:

- 1+ years’ experience in EP (NDIS, musculoskeletal or rehab)
- Group facilitation experience (rehab or general population)
- ASCA Level 1 or other coaching certifications
- Familiarity with Cliniko, Rehab Guru, Work Cover reporting, NDIS, Medicare and DVA
