**About the Role**
Youth Connections is currently looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our team at Youth Connections working from our Gosford office. This role is part time with flexible hours and potential to work from home.

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in Human Resources Administration or a similar role is desirable
- Hands on experience working in a human resource environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new skills
- Proficiency in the use of software relevant to the position, e.g., Microsoft office suite
- Be reliable and flexible
- Current Drivers Licence and own or access to a vehicle
