**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of bread and other baked goods according to recipes and standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure optimal results
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the bakery area, including equipment and workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering ingredients and supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and fulfilling special orders as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Baker
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a passion for the art of baking
