Sunshine North, Australia Expert Support Coordination and Disability Services Full time

We are seeking a female disability support worker who has experience in ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) and is able to support participant with personal care and continence related needs.

As a Support Worker at Expert Support Coordination and Disability Services, you will play a vital role in assisting and supporting individuals in achieving their goals and leading fulfilling lives. Your compassionate and dedicated approach will directly contribute to improving the overall well-being and quality of life for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.

2. Implement individualised care plans and support strategies in collaboration with the care team.

3. Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients, promoting their emotional well-being and social interaction.

4. Assist with medication administration and management, adhering to established protocols.

5. Accompany clients to appointments, community activities, and outings, ensuring their safety and engagement.

6. Document and maintain accurate records of clients' progress, activities, and any incidents in accordance with company policies.

7. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic and effective care.

8. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
1. Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent experience

2. Working with children check

3. Comprehensive car insurance

5. Full Australian license

6. ABN

7. Current First aid/CPR

8. Fully vaccinated

9. Police check

Languages:
English
