_My Flex Health is a leading Western Australia owned and operated healthcare company with over 20 years of experience. We provide a diverse range of staff to Hospitals, Aged Care Facilities and to elderly and disability clients within their own home across Perth, the Peel region and the South West. We also offer a range of nationally recognised healthcare courses and short courses through our Registered Training Organisation._

We are currently seeking to appoint a full-time **Scheduler for our Disability Services.**

In this role, you will be responsible for efficient rostering of staff in our Disability division to ensure continuous high-quality service reaches all our valued clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure rosters reflect the operational needs of the service and the needs of the clients
- Coordination of rosters ensuring shift allocations, shift swaps and staff changes are filled in a timely manner and skill mix is appropriate
- Ensure rostering practices and procedures meet all required award, Industrial and Legislative requirements
- Provide administrative coverage and support as and when required
- Participate in Team Meetings
- Adhere to and demonstrate commitment and understanding of My Flex Health’s Mission, Vision and Values
- Adhere to My Flex Health Work Health and Safety principles

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in scheduling with a strong client focus

Ability to receive feedback on areas of improvement in relation to work practices
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- The ability to work autonomously and effectively connect with clients and support workers
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
