Work for a reputable Logistics Company - Fulltime - Permanent Position - Depot/Office located Western Sydney Customer Service Officer needed for a leading Transport/logistics company based in Western Sydney. **Responsibilities include**: - Answer incoming phone calls - Freight Investigations - Ensure all visitors/Contractors are inducted - Ensure all instances of service failure or loss or damage to customer goods are thoroughly investigated and documented - Review daily plan to ensure KPI's are met. - Liaise with other work areas to seek & provide information relating to daily operations - Resolve and document the complaints as per defined processes and Standards **Requirements**: - Previous customer service experience, ideally in logistics. - Excellent communication skills. - Detail-oriented with strong problem solving abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Able to meet set daily KPI's - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal teams - Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to customer service and logistics. - High attention to detail - Understand the requirements of HACCP **To be considered for this role, please click "APPLY" with your resume attached.
