7 Eleven Erina had been in operation since 2013. 7-Eleven is the largest petrol and convenience retailer in Australia, based on market share. 7-Eleven is currently looking for a full-time Retail Manager to join our service team, to be responsible for the overall quality management control the operation and organise our establishment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations by providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring employees meet or exceed performance goals.
- Ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet the needs of customers.
- Recruit, train and develop staff.
- Negotiate with suppliers; identify new opportunities, performance and discounts to achieve reduced supply chain costs for products.
- Identify, control and develop merchandise planning processes and practices, to ensure the Business obtains the best value for expenditure on goods and services and seek ways to improve efficiencies and ensure merchandise planning compliance.
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked and merchandised store to comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Audit and provide key advice in developing, reviewing and implementing merchandise planning processes and practice.
- Identify and resolve sales obstacles / customer complaints.
- Maximize sales and profits.
- Preparation of reports and presentations to management as required.
- Implement and facilitate store operations, merchandising, and marketing campaigns.
- Managing budgets, pricing and analysing financial plans through monitoring the expenditure and costs, and ensure sales targets are met including motivating staff.

Work Experience and skills:

- Relevant certificate
- Proven minimum of 3 years experience ideally in managerial role
- Highly attention to details
- Strategic and innovative mindset with the ability to articulate ideas with clarity and purpose
- Exceptional leadership qualities - the ability to engage, coach and motivate individuals and teams.

Salary pack AUD 55K to AUD 60K plus super

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
