**Key Responsibilities**

Sales strategy and targets
- Set monthly and quarterly targets by product line
- Allocate budgets by channel and priority stock
- Run weekly pipeline reviews and lift conversion and loyalty

Integrated promotion
- Direct SEO and SEM
- Manage paid and organic activity across social and local classifieds
- Localise campaigns and align to margin goals and stock priorities

Brand and reputation
- Keep brand consistent across listings, website, social, in-store, PR, and review sites
- Monitor issues and respond fast to protect reputation

Events and partnerships
- Own car-club meets, themed showroom days, and campus stalls
- Negotiate with hosts and venues
- Plan run-of-show, staffing, collateral, and compliance
- Track KPIs for every activation

Channel and partner ecosystem
- Build co-marketing with universities, clubs, repair and modification shops, and local businesses
- Deliver co-branded offers with clear commercial outcomes

Team leadership
- Run daily and weekly stand-ups
- Coach and upskill the online marketing team
- Set KPIs and complete 1:1s, reviews, and development plans

Commercial rhythm and analytics
- Work with accounting on weekly sales data, CAC, ROI, and SKU margins
- Publish simple dashboards for the team
- Recommend pricing and offer tests
- Oversee new-stock updates and featured inventory

Demand-to-deal operations
- Keep listings accurate and fresh
- Triage inbound enquiries and route them fast
- Allocate daily appointments to sales
- Monitor SLA and close rate by source

Customer experience and after-sales
- Lead customer care policies and escalation paths
- Coordinate with repairers and third-party providers
- Drive referrals and repeat purchases

Governance and compliance
- Ensure marketing, pricing, and finance messages meet Australian consumer and platform standards
- Maintain brand guidelines and approval workflows

**Qualifications & Experience**
- At least 2 years performance in digital or retail marketing & automotive exposure highly regarded**.**:

- Bachelor degree; Major in Marketing, Commerce, Business (or relevant areas) is preferrable.
- Portfolio showing multi-channel lead-gen and conversion wins.

**Work Pattern**

Sydney-based; inter-site travel and occasional weekend events as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

- Marketing & Sales: 2 years (preferred)
