We have a rare opportunity based out of our Canberra office for an Application Packaging professional to join our team of experts. If you're eager to make a real difference for our clients, keep reading.

With a focus on a Federal Government environment, we are looking for applicants with experience and skills in the following fields:

- Experience with Windows PowerShell scripting and/or PSAppDeployToolkit.
- Continual improvement of customer environments and toolsets, development of SOPs, and enhanced automated processes.
- Experience working in large-scale 24/7 enterprise environments.
- Ability to mentor/support junior team members.
- Demonstrated high-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated high-level written and oral skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Leverage enterprise-grade tools, processes, and frameworks to deliver high-quality services and outcomes to clients in accordance with SLAs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff within the organization and from the client.
- Work autonomously to agreed-upon client deadlines.
- Deliver deliverables in accordance with oobe and client policy.
