**Centre**: Goodstart Harristown
**Employment Type**: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6:30am to 6:30pm (high possibility of permanent in 2025)
**Pay**: up to $42.70 per hour + Superannuation + Benefits

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.
**You’ll achieve this by**:
Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
Engaging and supervising the children at all times
Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
