## Job Overview

# Duties
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and buffing
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed
- Assist with commercial cleaning duties such as dusting and window cleaning
- Handle custodial responsibilities to uphold cleanliness standards
- Perform residential painting tasks when required

# Experience
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of commercial and industrial cleaning procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment efficiently
- Experience in buffing floors is a plus
