Kitchenhand The Pancake Parlour **Show us what you're made of All of our training is provided on the job - no experience necessary.** Kitchenhands provide essential support to all of our team members to keep the restaurant operating seamlessly. There are mínimal delays on food or beverages because our efficient kitchenhands are on top of: - Operating the dishwasher so that we never run out of crockery, cutlery, or prep equipment - Some food prep techniques including making pancake mixes, chopping, stirring, frying, scrambling, poaching etc. - Some basic plating up of salads and topping pancakes - Cleaning the kitchen and ensuring the safety of all team members by sweeping regularly, mopping up spills promptly, and emptying bins often - Supporting the Chefs and Cooks and following instructions from Supervisors At the Pancake Parlour we provide: Competitive salary rates Career development Fun and vibrant team culture A staff menu with FREE meals Please note that our restaurants are open late at night, so safe transportation home is essential.
