Our team are currently looking for a Cost Controller to join our Projects and Development team.
**What you'll do**:
You'll hit the ground running with new ideas on how to develop, implement and maintain best practice project cost management processes. You will be responsible for the provision of functional expertise on all aspects of project cost management including estimate development, risk assessments, change management, and reporting requirements. You will have involvement in improvement initiatives and proactively coaching where necessary across the projects team and business stakeholders.
**About you**:
You have qualifications in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Construction, along with practical experience of a cost management system such as Aconex Cost.
You are collaborative, able to influence, coach and advise others on adherence to processes and you have substantial experience with project stakeholder communication and engagement at all levels. You are disciplined in meeting timeframes and quality expectations and your attention to detail is second to none.
