Barista/kitchenhand

**Peppergreen**Farm**is looking for an enthusiastic service-orientated **Barista/Kitchenhand**.

This role is based at **Peppergreen**Farm**located in **Bendigo,**you will be an all rounder, assisting with preparation and service for our busy Cafe.

We are seeking someone with high-levels of empathy and compassion, someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality food and great service and above all is passionate about all things food, like us
- Experience working in a similar environment (highly desirable but not essential)
- Customer service and great communication skills
- Capacity to work with people who experience a broad range of disability types and require varying support needs (desirable)
- Be reliable, punctual, and hard working
- Hospitality experience, including Barista skills (essential)
- Relevant understanding of dietary requirements (desirable)
- Food Handling and Food Safety Certificate (essential)
- High level of personal integrity and professionalism
- The desire to contribute to our purpose and grow with the companyAbove all, a great personality with a can-do attitude

You’ll be part of a supportive team, helping to deliver great food and service to our customers

**Please note the following**Mandatory**Pre-employment Screenings will be required prior to being offered a role with WISE Employment, these will include;**
