Female Support Worker

**Are you a reliable and easy going Support Worker who takes pride in being honest and dependable?**

Our Client enjoys playing Scrabble, has a creative passion for painting, and lives with her supportive husband. She’s seeking a Support Worker who can assist with domestic tasks and personal care, including showering and community access and shopping.

You’ll help with daily household chores and provide essential personal care, ensuring the Client’s comfort and wellbeing and take her out in the community for shopping or appointments.

We’re looking for a warm, compassionate Support Worker who is ready to make a meaningful impact in the Client’s life.

**Available shifts are Friday and Saturday from 11:30 to 13:30.**

To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered

Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients' needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist

Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs

Provide support to our Clients as required

Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner

Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required

Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients

To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals
- **To be Successful you must **_

Resonate with the role description above

Be able to prepare and deliver yummy food that our Client can enjoy

Hold CPR and first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Hold NDIS worker screening or yellow card (or willingness to obtain)

Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card

Hold Certificate III in disability or related fields (or willingness to obtain
- preferred)

Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia

Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives

Manual handling experience required

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $34.45 per hour

Supplementary Pay:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
