Entertainment Park Host

About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Frenzy Park as a Trampoline Park Host We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you’ll be involved in customer service, cashier duties, cleaning, and ensuring guest safety. No previous experience is required, as we provide full training.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Warmly greet and welcome customers in a professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide guests with information on park rules, safety guidelines, and attractions.

Cashier Duties
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash and card transactions, operating POS systems.

Cleaning and Maintenance
- Keep the park clean and orderly at all times.
- Sanitize equipment and facilities.
- Stock supplies as needed.

Safety and Supervision
- Monitor guest activities to ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
- Enforce park rules and respond to any incidents or emergencies.
- Conduct regular safety checks on equipment and facilities.

Other Duties
- Assist with birthday party bookings and events.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.

Required Skills and Abilities:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness for tasks such as cleaning and lifting
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new procedures
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

How to Apply:

Pay: $23.23 - $54.34 per hour
