**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity is available to join our Clinical Team as a Clinical Administrator. This role is central to supporting the Positive Behaviour Support team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be the first point of contact for referrals, provide high-level customer service, and support the team with administrative tasks, documentation and compliance.

You will be working in a dynamic and supportive enviroment where your contribution helps us deliver high quality services to participants, families, and staff.

You are confident using Microsoft Office and other systems, and you enjoy supporting others to achieve organisational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide administrative support to the PBS team, including intake, documentation and project work.
- Maintain visibility at the clinical administrator desk to greet visitors.
- Assist with participant surveys and feedback.
- Support the facilitation of forms and team meetings.
- Upload plans into the Quality and Safeguarding Commission Portal.
- Supporting Practitioners in compliance with QSC obligations.
- Supporting management of an online Client Management System.

- Tertiary qualifications in relevant field or significant experience in a similar role (e.g. Business Management, Developmental Education, Psychology, Mental Health or equivalent)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current Drivers Licence.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and SharePoint
