**The Opportunity**

Enable our Nursing Team to be the best they can be

The Nursing Team Leader is a dynamic role designed to support and improve the growing team of registered nurses and enrolled nurses delivering hospital in the home and community care services across a variety of locations Queensland. The role will be pivotal in integrating the entire Remedy spectrum of care between office and community operations.

**What you’ll be doing**

The role will be responsible for induction, ongoing clinical supervision and quality management of new and existing staff. Management of safety and risk of a remote workforce will be critical, as well as building a robust and engaged team. It is expected this role will also maintain a clinical caseload, ensure that best practice care is being delivered across the network, and act as an escalation point for all staff.

It is expected that the position holder will spend time both in the office and in the community.

- Current AHPRA registration
