- Ventia have an exciting opportunity for a Store Service Attendant (Retail Assistant) to join our **National Clothing Store based in Nowra at the HMAS Albatross Defence Base**. Reporting to the Site Lead, you will be a vital team member and be responsible for the storage and distribution of Defence Force clothing for serving Defence personnel.

**Fixed term 6 month Contract with opportunity of transitioning to Permanent Role | Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm**

**Key Duties**
- Organising and controlling the day-to-day workflow - receiving, scanning, sorting, and placing incoming goods on shelves.
- Over the counter customer service to our defence members
- Answering customer queries regarding stock location and progress.
- Receipt and delivery of goods.
- Assisting with regular stock takes and cleaning of work site.
- Operating computer system to obtain details of stock quantity and location.
- Be apart of Point of Entry - servicing our new members uniforms providing a positive experience.

**About You**
- Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Intermediate computer skills & great customer service skills
- Ability to endure high volume of customers servicing our defence members
- Experience with SAP beneficial, but not essential
- Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance and therefore, must be an Australian Citizen.
