Position: Factory Worker - Plantation Shutter Assembler

Location: 3/28 Eurora Street, Kingston QLD

Employment Type: Initial Casual transitioning to Permanent Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $33.375 (Casual), transitioning to $26.70 per hour (Permanent Full-Time)

About Us: K&B Security Doors and Shutters is a family-owned company with over 25 years of experience, specialising in manufacturing and installing security screens and plantation shutters. Our flagship products, including Supa Shield, Infinity Shutters, and LouvreLock Shutters, lead the market in quality and innovation.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurate and efficient assembly of plantation shutters (aluminium or PVC)
- Safe operation of relevant machinery and hand tools
- Adherence to quality standards and production timelines
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Effective communication and teamwork

- Proven experience assembling plantation shutters (aluminium or PVC)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable, punctual, with a solid work ethic

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
