**Exterior Cleaning Technician - Shark Pressure Washing (Central Coast, NSW)**

Shark Pressure Washing is a fast-growing exterior cleaning company servicing residential and commercial properties across the Central Coast. We specialise in pressure washing, house and roof washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and concrete sealing. We’re looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join our team as an **Exterior Cleaning Technician**. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a well-structured business that values quality work and rewards performance.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Carrying out pressure washing, soft washing, gutter, roof, and window cleaning services.
- Setting up and operating professional-grade cleaning equipment and machinery.
- Assisting with job setup, pack-up, and ensuring work areas are left tidy.
- Providing friendly, respectful service to all clients.
- Performing basic vehicle and equipment maintenance.
- Working both independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Punctual and reliable — takes pride in doing things properly.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport (required).
- Experience in exterior cleaning, landscaping, or trade work is a plus, but **not essential** — full training provided.

**Pay & Progression**:

- **Starting rate (traineeship period)**: $25/hour for the first 3 months (probation period).
- After successful completion of probation, you’ll have the choice of:

- **$31.25/hour hourly rate**, or
- **$250/day set rate** (ideal for those who prefer consistency).
- Opportunities for pay increases based on performance and leadership.
- All required training, safety gear, and equipment provided.
