Floor Manager

The role:
Reporting to the owner and operations team, you will ensure the smooth operation of the day-to-day activities by leading, managing and mentoring staff. This is not a hands-off role - you will be required to lead by example and set the standards. You will be exposed to all facets of the business and will have the opportunity to grow and secure a long-term career prospect. The restaurant is already off to a flying start; however we are looking at how best to utilise outdoor area, how to maximise our quieter times, how to increase revenue and increase efficiencies.

About You:
We require a positive, proactive individual with good communication skills who is a team player with a strong focus on providing great experience to our customers. We require you to have management experience and enjoy a fast-paced food and beverage environment and maintain a professional attitude at all times whilst having fun and being part of a great team.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Staff management
- Setting, implementing and reviewing service standards
- Provide advice and support with policies and procedures
- Responsible for stock movements
- Controlling costs and wages through effective staff rostering
- Coaching & developing the team to deliver consistently exceptional service
- Monitoring cost through stock control
- Driving revenue and maintaining budgets
- Be a Brand Ambassador by demonstrating genuine passion for the business

**Salary**: $56,867.62 - $101,926.25 per year
