Based at Epworth Hospital Waurn Ponds, the service provides Pain Medicine Trainees with a unique opportunity to gain diverse clinical exposure across private and public sectors, with access to cutting-edge resources and specialist teams. Our integrated service includes Pain Medicine Specialists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, and Allied Health clinicians working collaboratively to deliver comprehensive care.

**Qualifications**:

- Have successfully completed Year 1 Pain Training or equivalent experience;
- Are enrolled in or eligible for enrollment in the Pain Medicine Training Program, Faculty of Pain Medicine, Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists;
- Have passed or are eligible to sit the Foundations of Pain Medicine Examination;
- Have completed their primary specialty Fellowship or are in the final stages with eligibility for training credit for Pain Medicine; and
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills, commitment to multidisciplinary teamwork, and excellence in patient-centred care.

**Selection Criteria**:

- MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by Australian medical standards;
- Evidence of commitment to ongoing medical education, research, and quality improvement;
- Excellent communication and professional skills.
