- Small crew
- $31.82 per hour

Form part of the Asset Management and Maintenance Department workforce, performing grading crew tasks as required in an efficient, effective, and safe manner.

**Duties & **Responsibilities**:

- Participate in grading crew operations
- Take responsibility for the care of plant, tools, and equipment
- Fulfil daily allocated tasks in grading roads and shoulders
- Grader operation, water truck operation, roller operation and traffic control
- Repair or report any observed road maintenance issues
- Ensure a record of roads graded each month is provided
- Operate multiwheel and drum roller, grader, and water cart
- Operation of small plant
- Perform daily maintenance of equipment

**Requirements**:

- Current Victorian drivers licence including truck up to 15T
- Traffic control ticket
- Current police check of willingness to obtain one
- Knowledge of OHS and safe working practices
- Ability to read a street directory and understand operational manuals
- Experience operating a grader
- Competence in multiwheel, drum roller, water tanker and traffic control
- Competence in working on roads and traffic control
- Knowledge of road maintenance techniques
