About company: Wiser Care is a small close knit team that supports individuals with disabilities. We strive to promote independence, self-determination and overall wellbeing for our clients.

Role: We are looking to employee a passionate female support worker under the age of 30.

Location: Redlands

This role invloves supporting disabled participants with:

- Daily personal activities (Light domestic cleaning, assistance with routines)
- Community access. ( Encourage, attend, and be involved in all social activities)

Essential requirements:

- NDIS yellow card
- Blue card
- Car licence, Reliable Car & Comprehensive Insurance
- First Aid / CPR
- Police check
- Experience working with mental illness and Autism

Capabilities:
1: Remain flexible to the changing needs of participants and work with them to provide the best support possible

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- On call
- Rotating roster

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
