**About the Role**
Anglicare’s Home and Community service offers a range of supports and assistance to a variety of local residents, including help at home. We currently have positions available to service clients across
**Brisbane's South side suburbs and Logan surrounding suburbs.** Our Support Services Workers provide invaluable support by providing, cleaning, laundry and cooking assistance to those older clients who are unable to complete these tasks themselves to improve their daily living.

**About You**
The valuable work you deliver enables our older clients to remain in their own homes enjoying a quality of life.
- A background in general domestic cleaning duties
- Experience in laundry services including washing, folding, sorting and ironing
- Comfortable in the use of housekeeping equipment and machinery in-line with instructions
- Able to follow procedures and ensure the clients’ personal preferences are adhered to
- Confident communicator who can maintain professional boundaries with clients and their families
- Experience working within designated timeframes
- Queensland Driver Licence and your own, reliable vehicle (kilometres paid)
- A National Police Certificate current within six months
- A Certificate II or III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) will be highly regarded
