**The role**

Crown Resorts is home to some of Australia's most iconic and diverse dining destinations. We are searching for passionate and driven** Food & Beverage Supervisors** to join our team on a **Full-time** basis across a variety of venues.

From fine dining restaurants and premium bars to casual eateries, no two days are the same. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading our frontline teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the high standards Crown in known for.

We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join Crown in management positions across multiple venues. If you are ready to take the next step in your hospitality career and thrive in a fast paced, guest focused environment, we want to hear from you

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Providing operational support
- Assisting with financial evaluation
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge
- Lead and guide team members, while sharing your knowledge to upskill team members
- Forecast ahead of large events and ensure stock, staff and restaurant is prepared

You’ll bring the following:

- A passion for hospitality and customer service
- Excellent time management skills
- The motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment

**Additional Information**
To be successful, you’ll:

- Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime and evening shifts
- Have previous experience working in a high volume, upscale restaurant
- Hold an Unrestricted Approved Manager License & RSA
