As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for gas deliveries of a specific geographic area (region) based on optimal distribution planning and cost management, taking into account legal and operational constraints and achieving high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
You will also be a pivotal player in maintaining the transport data in the system and routing tool to ensure process optimisation.
**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
- Organise the deliveries to clients and distributors
- Improve safety, quality and efficiency of the distribution
- Ensure the respect of transportation regulations and AL's safety standards
- Monitor operational KPI for improvement and reduce the non-quality costs
- Identify improvement fields by simulating new dispatch schemes with the routing tool
- Propose solutions and implement them in coordination with the sales team
- Control efficiency of the routing tool
- Analyse client needs in collaboration with order takers and sales teams
- Propose the best solution and communicate it to order takers that will inform clients
- Avoid unnecessary deliveries and costs while answering the actual needs of clients
- Check the consistency between transport invoices and deliveries
**Are you a MATCH?**:
- Previous experience in transport planning and scheduling
- Understanding of Dangerous Goods Transport (ADG)
- Strong knowledge of computerised systems and programming (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Knowledge of logistic or freight operations
- Strong analytical and critical problem solving ability
- Tenacity, resilience and conflict resolution skills
