**About You - The Heart of Our Centre**

You're more than just qualified — you're passionate, driven, and ready to make a lasting impact in the lives of young children.

Here’s what you’ll bring to our team:
An **ACECQA-approved Diploma** in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
A strong understanding of the **Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)** and **National Quality Standards (NQS)**
Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 in an early childhood setting
️ **Top-notch communication skills** - both verbal and written
A **current Working with Children Check** and a **valid First Aid certificate**
