We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as **Recruitment Support - Fixed Term until June 2025.**

**The Role - A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Support.**

As a Recruitment Support you will coordinate post placement support and compilation of documentary evidence required to process outcome claims across all employment regions and contracts. This involves speaking with clients and employers to obtain the information you need to process wage subsidies and outcome claims. In doing so, achieving ETC’s agreed targets as set by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) across the Workforce Australia Services (WAS), Transition to Work (TtW) and Disability Employment Services (DES) DEEDs.

**Your Key Responsibilities will include;**
- Strive to achieve goals set within the Workforce Australia Services, Contracts including meeting outcome targets, adhering to the Workforce Australia Services, Code of Conduct and guidelines
- Providing high level personalised support and service to our employers in regards to processing Wage Subsidies
- Monitor, review and record job seeker placements and progress in WADP IT System
- Achieve agreed objectives and targets

**Criteria for Success**
- Customer service skills and/or experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- High organisational skills with attention to detail
- A high level of computer literacy
- Driven to achieve outcomes and meet monthly KPI targets
- A recent, clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
