As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals in their recovery journey and promoting their overall well-being.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct support to individuals with mental health conditions
- Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care
- Be confident in redirection and bringing clients back to baseline
- Support clients in accessing community resources and services
- Monitor and report on client progress and behavior
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including confidentiality and privacy regulations
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a mental health support role
- At least one out of: MAYBO, TCI or CPI
- Or Certification in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current working with children check and National Police Check
