**3 months contract role with possible extension.**:

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
You will join the End User Services team to provide technical support to staff and customers, to assist in developing solutions for whole of Government identified issues and participate in assigned project work.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- While leveraging your basic understanding of security concepts such as authentication and authorisation.
- Develop and maintain relevant technical and procedural documentation.
- Use the ITIL-based workflow tool Service NOW to accept, track progress and complete assigned jobs in ASD task queues.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- ITIL Foundation Certification or knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure library would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience deploying software in an enterprise environment using Microsoft Endpoint Manager Configuration Manager (MEMCM formerly known as SCCM).
- Strong written communication skills including the ability to create and maintain technical and procedural documentation.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve immediate problems for customers, but also proactively put solutions in place to prevent issues from reoccurring.
- Current Baseline security clearance or ability to obtain one is mandatory.
