**About the role**
- Vacancies currently exist for Grade 2 Laboratory Assistants at our central laboratory in Heidelberg to help with the receipt and processing of pathology specimens in our Specimen Reception Department.
- Be part of our dynamic team where your self-motivation, enthusiasm and teamwork will complement your technical abilities in this pivotal role. You will be responsible for prompt receipting, ID checking, sorting, and accessioning of pathology specimens as well as helping oversee the laboratory's automation system.
- These are permanent positions with rotating shifts including evening shifts, Public Holidays and weekend work.
- No experience needed. Training provided on the job.

- Effective verbal and written communication

- Ability to participate in a 21/7 roster
