Landscape Gardener

ARC STAFF is looking for experienced Tradespersons to join our clients expanding team. We currently have multiple full-time positions available for proactive and motivated individuals to join our Landscape Maintenance in the roles of, Landscapers, Horticulturalists & Team leader.

our client has established ourselves in the Greater Sydney & Regional Areas, as a leading and trusted partner in the Landscape Sector and strive for excellence in all facets of Commercial Landscape Maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Operate plant and equipment such as a vehicle, trailer, and ride-on mowers etc. Along with all necessary small equipment, efficiently & effectively
- Use of Pesticides and Herbicides for pest and weed control
- Supervise Trade Assistants / Labourers to ensure quality outcomes (Crew Leaders)
- Complete relevant documentation as required, i.e., Pre-start Checklists, Site Diaries, Toolbox Meeting Minutes and recommendations for upgrades etc.
- Experience working in landscape maintenance &/or construction roles
- Sound communication / organisation skills and attention to detail
- Current Driver’s Licence - Class C (Ability to drive a manual vehicle)
- A SafeWork NSW White card (General construction induction card)
- Holding all other relevant tickets and licenses &/or a willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of Horticultural &/or Landscaping best practices
- Motivated and reliable with a strong focus on operating safely whilst delivering quality outcomes
- Professional approach to work and customer service

To be successful in this role, you will be a problem solver with solid customer service skills and an understanding of Work Health & Safety (WH&S) practices who is results focused and works well within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
