**About the role**
As a **Specialist - Change Manager **at Water Corporation you’ll work closely with key stakeholders to design and implement change management activities for business led technology projects to enable us to achieve our strategic objectives.
With a collaborative and inclusive approach, you will engage with internal and external stakeholder groups to understand stakeholder needs and ensure project changes are embedded within business teams. This role will be based in our Balcatta office, reporting to the Manager - IT Change Management.

**Key skills and experience**
You’ll have a degree in a relevant discipline, or accreditation in change management (PROCSI, LEAN, ACMP), along with experience in the technical design and implementation of change management methodologies, practices, tools, and techniques. You will bring experience leading implementation of organisational programs of change, and ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders will ensure success in this role.
**What the role will involve**
- Lead people-orientated change management for multiple projects using the Enterprise Change Management framework and associated tools to ensure successful and sustainable delivery of projects.
- Work closely with project team members to help design a sustainable technology solution that can be readily adopted by end users.
- Collaborate widely to develop and implement change plans and activities that address diverse stakeholder needs and align with strategic portfolio outcomes.
- Support business leaders and project teams with approaches, tactical plans, and materials for employee engagement and adoption of sustainable changes.
- Conduct and maintain impact assessments for all business change projects which identify direct and indirect changes for each group or team impacted.
- Continually monitor effectiveness of change approach and adjust plans as / when required.
