We are looking for an experienced and passionate Facilitator/ Coach to mentor and facilitate Employability Skills training for job seekers to create real opportunities, to assist in the development of job ready skills, build confidence and capacity to effectively engage with technology.

This is a casual role 25-30 hours p/week and ideally you must be able to work across our Liverpool, Campbelltown or Bankstown office.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Previous experience in coaching/training and facilitating
- Must be able to network with potential employers and build relationships
- Confident promoting program to Employment Service providers
- Proficient with technology
- Would suit someone with previous experience in the Employment Services Industry.

**You should be able to demonstrate the following skills**:

- Dynamic facilitator with the ability to engage and motivate all learner types at all levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to promote our clients to potential employers
- Confident presenting benefits of program to Employment Service providers
- Ability to adapt to the moving requirements of the participant
- Ability to deal with conflict resolution
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- The ability to work unsupervised, complimented by strong time management skills
- Professional presentation
